Preparing for big competitive exams like UGC NET? Break out from the carcinogenic procrastination loop

Many students suffer from procrastination. You are not the only one if you have the habit of postponing things and giving yourself excuses.

The most common procrastination excuses that students give to themselves are “I will do this chapter tomorrow”, “This is a huge syllabus and I don’t want to think about it right now” etc.....

All these excuses compel the student to study under time pressure, which doesn’t always work well. While some students are able to study better under pressure, most students fail to complete the syllabus and revise it in such a short span of time. Therefore, you should always try to avoid procrastination.

What causes procrastination?
